This fall, we are hosting multiple family-friendly events to proudly introduce you to four of our beautiful communities. We kick off September at SummerWood in Sherwood Park, then continue the festivities in October with Ruisseau in Beaumont, Easton in Spruce Grove, and Sienna in Fort Saskatchewan.
Each Grand Opening event is open to the public, with free food, seasonal activities, and a scavenger hunt with prizes. Please read on for more details, and We hope to see you there!
SummerWood in Sherwood Park
Located in Sherwood Park, SummerWood offers a beautiful natural environment with easy access to Yellowhead Trail and Highway 21. It will be love at first sight as your family discovers the parks, playgrounds, multi-use trails and impressive urban forest.
The Event – Fall in Love with SummerWood
Join us on Saturday, September 17 from 12-4 PM at 1211 Sandstone Boulevard in Sherwood Park.
Step into the four attractive Showhomes from Jayman BUILT and Pacesetter Homes. All the current Showhomes are the Single Family Front Attached Garage home style, each with a unique design.

Ruisseau in Beaumont
You’ll find Ruisseau in Beaumont, just south of the Edmonton city boundary. Its location offers a small-town feel with easy access to big-city amenities. The LeBlanc Canal runs along the east side of Ruisseau and inspired the community’s name, which is French for “stream.”
